Matt Knight is a 1997 graduate of Redwater High School. He attended Texarkana College and Texas A&M University Texarkana where he received an Associate of Science and Registered Nursing Degree. Matt has owned and operated his own business in Texarkana for the past 5 years. Matt is married and has two children who attend Redwater ISD.

Kenney Cecil graduated high school in 1981 and then enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. He served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C., 8th Medical Battalion in Mannhiem, Germany, and 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Baracks, Hawaii. Kenney has been employed at Ledwell and Son in Texarkana, Texas for the past 25 years in Equipment Sales. He is married and has three children.
Thomas (TJ) Anderson, Board Secretary firstname.lastname@example.org
Thomas(TJ) Anderson is a 2002 graduate of Liberty-Eylau High School. He is a Veteran of the United States Army, and has been employed with Red River Army Depot for the past 9 years. TJ also completed the Paramedic Program at Texarkana College in 2009. He and his wife Barbara, who is a 2000 graduate of Redwater High School, have lived in Redwater since 2009, but have been involved in the community upon the end of TJ's military service in 2006. TJ and Barbara have 3 children, all of which attend Redwater ISD.

Rodney Bonner has been a life long resident of Redwater for 45 years. He is a Redwater graduate of 1986. He has been employed at Frito-Lay for the past 24 years. Rodney is married to Elizabeth Bonner, who is also a graduate of 1986. They have two children, a daughter and a son, who attend Redwater ISD.

Brad Rosiek, Board Member email@example.com
Brad Rosiek graduated high school in 1988 and enlisted in the US Army. He served various roles in Central America during Operation Just Cause. He was later deployed to serve in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. After the military, Brad became a civilian employee for Department of Defense, before transferring to the Department of Justice in 1994. He and his family have lived in the Redwater community since July 2002. Brad and his wife have one child who is a recent graduate of Redwater ISD.

Bryan Strand moved to Texarkana in 1990 where he was the managing partner in a local restaurant. Bryan attended Texarkana College studying business administration and management. He has worked in foodservice sales for more than 20 years, as well as the Director of Youth Ministries at County Avenue Baptist Church since 2005. In 1999, Bryan and his wife Kim decided to make Redwater their home. They have three children, two are graduates of Redwater High School and their youngest currently attends Redwater ISD.
