Please take the time to learn to navigate around your CharmsMusic homepage. Every Redwater Band student has their own private website through CharmsMusic that is accessible by using their student id. Once you enter your website, you can update your personal information, download handouts, etc.

Here’s how to access your website.

  1. Go to www.charmsoffice.com
  2. Scroll down to the Parent/Student Login section. Under the School Code, type in DragonBand. You must type it in exactly as I have provided.
  3. Once you get to the next screen, type in your Student ID/Password. If you need assistance with this part, please contact me.
  4. You should now have access to your homepage. At this point you can reset your password to whatever you want it to be. IMPORTANT: Please fill-out and/or update your personal information in the Student Info section.
  5. Under the Finance section, you can pay your fees by using PayPal; however, you will be charged a minimum fee in addition to the total fees. If you are paying by cash or check, please make checks payable to Redwater Band.
