This year the middle school will participate in the General Mills Box Tops for Education fund-raising program to earn cash for campus improvements. This fund raiser requires no door-to-door selling by the children and it costs nothing to become involved. Please clip the Box Top logos from participating products and send them to school with your children. Our school gets 10 cents for each Box Top we collect! The more we collect, the more cash we earn. You can find box Tops for Education logos on products such as Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Fruit Roll-Ups, Hamburger, Tuna and Chicken Helper, Bisquick, Yoplait yogurts, Ziploc bags, and many more. You can also help our school earn money by shopping online at stores like J.C. Penney's, Kohl's, Old Navy, Target, Barnes & Noble and more. Whenever you make a purchase, a percentage of the total is automatically donated to your school, at no extra cost to you. Sign up at the Box Tops website (www.btfe.com) to learn more about Box Tops coupons, Box Tops Marketplace, and Box Tops Reading Room. For every 25 box tops your child turns in they can earn a hall pass, or a cafeteria pass, which allows them to go to the front of the cafeteria or snack bar line. They can also earn a free homework pass by turning in 40 box tops! The passes are non-replaceable so please remind students to keep up with them. The amount needed for each pass must be turned in at the same time to their 1st period teacher in either an envelope or baggie with their name on it. The Box Tops have an expiration date, so please check the date before turning them in. Any questions please email jturner@redwaterisd.org or rcaudle@redwaterisd.org. Thank you for your support.
