Important Cafeteria Announcement
In conjunction with TISD Food Services, RISD strives to ensure that every student receives low cost, well-balanced meals in the cafeteria. With this in mind, if a student is unable to pay for their meal, they will not be denied food, but will be allowed to charge the cost up to a limit of $5.00. If charges exceed that amount, students will not be prevented from eating, but will be provided two pieces of toast and a carton of milk for breakfast, and a cheese sandwich and a carton of milk at lunch. They will be allowed to resume eating a regular cafeteria meal as soon as the charges are paid. We appreciate your help in this effort to provide our students with low cost, nutritious meals. MealpayPlus is an online payment program made available through the TISD Food Service as a convience to our parents. Click on the MealpayPlus link below to access your child's lunch account. You will be able to deposit funds and view your child's purchase history. First time users will need to register and create a user name and password.
We encourage students to pre-pay for their meals.
