Tim Ketchum is a 1987 graduate of Redwater High School. He attended Texarkana College, Stephen F. Austin University and Texas A&M University - Texarkana where he received an Associate of Science, Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration. Tim works in Real Estate Consulting and Investing. Tim is married and has three children. |

Ron Riddle, Board Vice President
Ron Riddle has lived in the Redwater Community for the past 15 years. He attended Texarkana College and Texas A&M University - Texarkana where he received an Associate in Arts with a Concentration in Business, Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences and Master of Business Administration degrees. Ron is the Division Manager of a wholesale distribution company in Texarkana. Ron is married with four children and eight grandchildren.

Michael Parker is a 1985 graduate of Redwater High School. He received his Bachelor Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University. Michael is currently a student in the nursing program at Texarkana College. Michael is married and has two children. |

Kipling S. (Kip) Browning, Board Member
Kip Browning received his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. Kip is an Engineering Supervisor in the Public Works Directorate at Red River Army Depot. Kip is married and has three children. |

Lawrence (Wayne) D. Burris, Board Member
Wayne Burris received his Associate of Science degree from Texarkana College. Wayne retired from Texarkana Water Utilities as Utilities Manager. He is currently a Church Music Director and a Sports Official. Wayne is married and has five children. |

Scot Eitel, Board Member
Scot Eitel is a 1986 graduate of Redwater High School. He attended Texas A&M University - College Station where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Texarkana College. Scot is a GI Lab Manager and is a Pre-Operative nurse at Texarkana Surgery Center. Scot is married and has two children. |

Kenney Cecil, Board Member
Kenney Cecil graduated high school in 1981 and then enlisted in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic. He served at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C., 8th Medical Battalion in Mannhiem, Germany, and 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Baracks, Hawaii. Kenney has been employed at Ledwell and Son in Texarkana, Texas for the past 19 years in Equipment Sales. He is married and has three children. |
